Aurore Cressent is an Avocat à la Cour, admitted to the Paris Bar with over fifteen years of experience in domestic and international family law.

She earned her training from distinguished London and Parisian family law practices such as Duo Legal (formerly HOHL), CBBC Avocats, and BWG Associates before founding her own firm in January 2014.

Aurore has served both international and French clients residing abroad in their international expatriation cases. Aurore is a trusted lawyer, valued by her clients, and advises with care and compassion on matters involving divorce and separation, child custody, succession procedures and management of co-ownership situations.

Aurore is also known for her technical capabilities and strategizes with clients to bring workable solutions to complicated and intricate financial challenges.

Aurore obtained her DEA degree (French Diploma of Further Studies) from Paris II - Pantheon Assas University in 2005. She recently obtained a certificate of specialization in family, personal and property law from the Paris Bar Association.

Aurore is a member of the French British Lawyer Society (FBLS), the Droit de la Famille et du Patrimoine Institute and her DEA Alumni Association and is a Zenjaf referent with the Paris Bar Association.

Monika is a Family law Attorney admitted to the Paris Bar.

She completed a Master’s degree in Comparative family law at the Paris VIII University and she was granted with a Certificate in English law from the Warwick University in United Kingdom.

After being admitted to the Paris Bar, she worked for several years as an associate in a law firm specialising in family and estate law. Then she joined Cressent Avocats in January 2023.

Monika is trained in collaborative law, which is an out-of-court conflict resolution process in which the participants focus their efforts on reaching a mutually acceptable resolution.

She speaks at Family law seminars (Commissions “Famille”) organised by the Paris Bar and she was a lecturer in family law for Master’s students at the Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University.

She is bilingual in both French and Polish and she is fully proficient in English. As such, she assists French as well as international clients in their family law disputes. She believes that the family cases require empathy, technical work and real commitment.
